By participating in the Escape from Duckov Clip Challenge (“Campaign”), you agree to the following terms:
🦆 The Campaign runs from March 5, 2026 to April 16, 2026 (inclusive). Submissions made outside this period will not be eligible.

🦆 The challenge is open to individuals aged 18 or above.

🦆 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Reka and Bilibili are not eligible to win prizes.

🦆 Only clips generated using Reka Clip during the campaign period are eligible for consideration.

🦆 Eligible users will receive campaign-specific free credits for use with Reka Clip during the campaign period.

🦆 Free credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and expire at the end of the campaign.

🦆 Reka reserves the right to limit usage or revoke credits in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse.

🦆 Each submission must be created by the participant submitting it.

🦆 Participants may submit multiple clips; however, each clip may only be submitted once.

🦆 By submitting a clip, you confirm that: You own or have the necessary rights to the content used. The submission does not infringe third-party rights.

🦆 Re-uploaded, copied, or stolen content will be disqualified.

🦆 Winners will be selected at Bilibili & Reka’s sole discretion. Decisions are final and binding. Up to USD $1,000 in total prizes will be awarded.Prizes are non- transferable and may be subject to local taxes or reporting requirements, which are the responsibility of the winner.

🦆 Prizes will be transferred via PayPal or another mutually agreed payment method within 30 days of the winner announcement. Winners will be contacted via Discord and email.

🦆 By participating, you grant Bilibili and Reka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share submitted clips for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Campaign, with credit where reasonably possible.

🦆 Bilibili and Reka reserve the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the Campaign, uses automated tools or multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage and violates these Terms & Conditions.

🦆 Bilibili and Reka reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time if circumstances require. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of theseTerms & Conditions.
